Understanding users is the key to creating great user experiences. Breaking down user behaviour has allowed me to use new techniques, such as the nudge theory, to build positive habits.

 Using User-Centered Design (UCD), user research techniques and high-fidelity prototyping and testing, I can create intuitive, engaging digital experiences that truly matter.

Beyond UX design, I have grown as an industrial designer, creating a combination of physical and digital solutions that work in tandem; these complete system solutions strive to bring value by accommodating physical and digital needs without restricting the user to a simple black screen.
